1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to OpsTower. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OpsTower, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Far Far Away Labs LTD, a company registered in Israel ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may create an account using a third-party authentication provider (such as Google). By using a third-party provider, you authorize us to access certain information from your third-party account as permitted by that provider.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited). Paddle acts as our authorized reseller and payment processor for all subscription transactions. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your full payment card details.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize Paddle, on our behalf, to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees on each renewal date.

4.3 Refund Policy

There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.

All other refund requests are handled by Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle, on a case-by-case basis, and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you), features, and functionality are owned by Far Far Away Labs LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAR FAR AWAY LABS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Israel.
